At 3DM Lifestyle, we strive for perfection in every pair; however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window for all unworn footwear in its original packaging. Please ensure the soles are unmarked and the shoes are returned in their original condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original 3DM Lifestyle box and secure them within a protective shipping outer carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
